Have a Question or Two?

We got you.

How many shots can I take in one day?
We don't have a specific number of shots we recommend taking in a day, as they are not supplements. We always tell people to take a shot whenever it fits into your routine and feels best for you!

What type of probiotic is used in your probiotic shots?
Bacillus coagulans GBI-30, 6086. This probiotic strain has a patented encapsulation that ensures it survives from the time we place it in the bottle to the time you enjoy the shot.

Are your shots gluten-free?
That’s a great question! Our products are gluten-free and produced in a gluten-free facility.

Can pregnant people drink your shots?
If pregnant or nursing, please consult a physician prior to enjoying.
